• All listed prices are in SGD and include GST.
• Payment is accepted by bank transfer or online after confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

Cancellations up to 48 hours before the appointment: full refund.

• Cancellations up to 24 hours: 50% refund or complimentary rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours: no refund, but one-time rescheduling is possible.
• Digital documents: no returns once accessed, except in case of technical issues.
